Delivery & Returns

UK Customers:

For all UK postal addresses – the delivery is FREE.

ALL items are posted by Royal Mail 2nd class.

All items are posted next day (during week days) – if you order on a Saturday or Sunday, please note postage will likely not be made until the Monday.

All paper items will posted in appropriate cardboard envelopes to ensure a safe pristine delivery of products.

All items are quality checked before posting to avoid as many issues as possible.

To return your item within 30 days of delivery please contact me through the contact page HERE for the refund address. Please note you will need to pay for the return postage yourself. The items must also be sent back in the condition they were sent and in an unused and unopened condition. The refund will be the total amount of the order only – return postage costs are to be paid entirely by you. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Stuff on Stuff highly recommend that when returning an item, you send it via recorded delivery to ensure your refund.

Undeliverable packages – if your order is returned to us due to Royal Mail being unable to make the delivery, then we will refund you the full amount. If you still want your order, please wait for us to refund you before making a new order through the website. If you have regular delivery issues with a certain address, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue by sending your order to a local shop to yourselves that accept the parcel delivery service “Collect Plus”.

If you haven’t received your item after 2 weeks – please do contact me and I will try and locate your item or resend your order. Orders over 5 weeks old will not be refunded – Nor will orders that have proved the item has been signed for at the delivery address given. No items will be sent before full payment has been recieved.

All prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. 


NON UK Customers:

This website is currently not set up for postage to areas outside of the UK.
